Website Analysis Tools

WEBSITE ANALYSIS TOOLS
These tools act as a great one-stop shop for analyzing your site’s rankings, links, and statistics.

Website Analysis Tool – This tool will tell you a number of different things about your site that factor into your overall SEO success; Page Rank, Age of Domain, Alexa Rank, and many others.

Site Analysis Tool – Even though the page is kinda spammy and hard to figure out, this tool will show you a number of different things, including how well you’re optimizing your keywords in the page tags and content. Beware: some of the suggestions may not be totally accurate (like the claim that a title tag can be no longer than 100 characters).

Top Competitor Tool – This is used to find out what your competition is for the keywords you want to show up for. Shows top 20 ranking for Google, Yahoo and MSN.

SEODigger – This tool requires registration for full use of it, but we’d say it’s probably worth it. It will tell you what the top ranking key phrases are for whatever site you type in. It looks like it catalogues the results and can show you trends over time for Google and MSN. Doesn’t include Yahoo.

Code to Text Ratio Tool – This shows you the ratio of content to coding on your site. Of course, the more content on your site vs. coding that the search engine has to sort through to find your content, the better. So use this to find out how your site stacks up against your competitors.
